At IMinvited.com, protecting our users’, both registered and unregistered, privacy and security is important. To ensure the safety of our users, the following policy informs you of our use of your personal information online. II. USER DATA

We only look at this information in composite form rather than on an individual basis. We collect and analyze traffic on our web site by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet, much like a serial number. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message.
Sending eCards or Invitations
If you use our web site to send an online eCard or an invitation, we collect your e-mail address and one or more of the following: your recipient's e-mail address, AIM screen name, Yahoo Messenger screen name, MSN screen name, and/or telephone number. This information will be referred to as “Contact Information” and is necessary to send the content and provide confirmation that it has been received. We will not use your recipient's Contact Information for any purpose other than to send the eCard or Invitation. When sending an invitation, you maybe required to provide an address and meeting time for your event. We will not use this information other than to inform your guests of the event. We may also use your e-mail address to contact you if you have chosen to receive communications, such as newsletters, from IMinvited.
Communication From IMinvited
We send to all of our users our Newsletter if the user has chosen to receive them during registration, which alerts you to new features, content, and latest news about IMinvited. These communications are sent to you directly by IMInvited and we do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties in connection with the Newsletter.
You can always cancel the Newsletter subscription by un-checking the Receive Newsletter box on the "My Account" pages or registration pages on our site.
IMinvited reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, which will affect your use of our web sites, including without limitation any alleged violations of our Terms of Service. These communications are mandatory.
IMinvited may also use information about you to target advertising while you are visiting our site. For example, we may serve ads concerning party planning when you are creating an invitation. We may also use geographic or other information we have collected from you to make sure that the ads you see are for goods and services that are actually of interest to you or are available in your area. We may use cookie files to assure that you will not be served the same ads repeatedly.
III. eCARD & INVITATION PRIVACY
All messages in the eCard and invitations, including images, text, and others, are kept private between the sender and the recipient(s). We will not disclose the contents of the eCard or invitation other than to the intended recipient. The only exceptions are listed in the Disclosure Exceptions below.
This policy applies to all aspects of our eCards and Invitations, including your personalized messages, event locations & time, and attached photos or graphics. Under normal circumstances, we will not monitor or edit the contents of the online eCards you send. On occasion, however, we may need to view your message in connection with the technical processing of your eCard or the maintenance of our network.
Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third-parties if we are required to do so by law or when deemed necessary by us.

- To protect the company's rights and property,
- To investigate possible violations of our terms of service, such as users sending materials using a false identify or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages,
- or During cases in which personal or property safety is at risk.
IV. YOUR'S & RECIPIENTS' PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a registered user, you can review, correct, and update your personally identifiable information at any time by going to the “My Account” page at the top of the site. The “My Account” page allows you to change your login information, Contact Information, and email alerts. You are also able to update the Contact Information of your recipients by going to the "Addressbook" page.
V. OTHER MATTERS
Users Under 13
We are committed to protecting the privacy and rights of children online. We believe that children should be able to use the Internet in a safe, productive, and efficient manner and should be afforded the highest protection available with respect to their personal information. We do not allow user under the age of 13 to register on our site. If we are aware of a user under the age of 13 registered for our service, we will terminate their account immediately.
Merger or Sale of Assets
In the event that IMinvited is ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, or otherwise transferred, we reserve the right to transfer our user database along with any information about our registered users, to a third-party acquiring IMinvited’s assets. Users will be notified either by email or through a notice on the home page of our website in the event that this may occur.
